Welcome to Parc Lumiere, Canada's premier amusement park experience. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your visit to our park and use of our services. By entering Parc Lumiere or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, entering Parc Lumiere, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not enter or use our facilities.
2. Park Admission and Ticketing
Valid admission is required for entry to Parc Lumiere. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the park for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of park rules and regulations
- Inappropriate behavior or conduct
- Failure to meet height or health requirements for attractions
- Possession of prohibited items
- Intoxication or impairment
3. Safety Requirements and Restrictions
Your safety is our top priority. All guests must comply with posted safety requirements and follow instructions from park staff. Each attraction has specific height, age, and health restrictions that must be observed. Guests with medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, back or neck problems, pregnancy, or recent surgery, should consult with their physician before participating in attractions.
We reserve the right to temporarily close attractions due to weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns without compensation or refund.
4. Prohibited Items and Conduct
The following items are prohibited in Parc Lumiere:
- Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives
- Glass containers and alcoholic beverages
- Professional photography equipment without prior authorization
- Drones or remote-controlled devices
- Pets (except registered service animals)
- Outside food and beverages (exceptions for dietary restrictions)
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to fighting, line jumping, inappropriate language, smoking in non-designated areas, and any behavior that may endanger yourself or others.
5. Limitation of Liability
Parc Lumiere, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Delays or cancellations due to weather or operational requirements
- Food allergies or dietary restrictions
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are advised to use attractions and facilities in accordance with posted guidelines and staff instructions.
6. Photography and Media Release
By entering Parc Lumiere, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or security purposes. You grant Parc Lumiere the right to use your likeness in any medium without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify park staff upon entry.
7. Lost and Found
Parc Lumiere is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We maintain a Lost and Found service, but items are held for a limited time. Valuable items should be secured in paid lockers available throughout the park.
8. Weather Policy
Parc Lumiere operates rain or shine, though some attractions may close temporarily due to severe weather conditions. No refunds or rain checks are provided for weather-related closures. We recommend checking weather forecasts and dressing appropriately for outdoor activities.
9. Accessibility Services
Parc Lumiere is committed to providing accessible experiences for all guests. Accessibility services are available for guests with disabilities. Please contact our Guest Services team in advance or upon arrival to arrange appropriate accommodations.
10. Season Pass and Membership Terms
Season passes and memberships are subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase. These privileges are non-transferable and may be revoked for violation of park policies without refund.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
Parc Lumiere reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and at park entrances. Continued use of park facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to Parc Lumiere shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
